Now in it's 10th year, the Steel City Smooth Jazz Festival returns with live music celebrating various music genres with an emphasis on Smooth Jazz and R&B. This year our artists will provide outstanding performances over the course of three days on the grounds of historic Linn Park in downtown, Birmingham.

In 2014, the inaugural year of the music festival, our featured artists included Will Downing, Ken Ford, Jonathan Butler, Alex Bugnon, Euge Groove, Norman Brown, Gregg Karukas, Jessy J, Karen Briggs, Jeff Kashiwa, Nick Colionne, Gail Johnson, Marcus Anderson, Kim Scott, Bobby Caldwell and Robin Bramblett and many others.

Over the years our music lovers attending the Steel City Jazz Festival have enjoyed artists such as Maze featuring Frankie Beverly, The O'jays, The Isley Brothers, Boney James, Anthony Hamilton, Stokely, Stephanie Milles, Kirk Whalum, David Sanborn, Jeffrey Osborne, Morris Day and The Time, Norman Brown, Musiq Soulchild, Jeff Lorber, Marion Meadows, Chuck Loeb, Everett Harp, Rick Braun, Ken Ford, Marcus Anderson, Paul Taylor, Ben Tankard, Jazz Funk Soul, Maysa, Kyle Turner, Eric Essix and many others.
